A dangling soul gripping a little left life !!

Image
The human spirit is a tender thing.  Where 'Hope' is a word, sometime the whole dictionary,  yet something tightened as a noose.  The darker side is stronger  than any enormous light and glory. A looser,  a beggar, a lonesome cry. Do you hear the voices? Do you? The voices of a slender thread being cut,  being left, being abandoned.  Being lost again. Do you hear the voices? Do you? A dangling soul gripping a little left life.  The downward spiral to the hands of Hades.  Broken limbs wont suffer as much pain as a broken heart.  And helplessness, the suicidal thoughts.  Anguish, pain, fear, and death.  Do you hear the voices? Do you ? This might be the last call, a last toss,  a last breath, a last sunshine, a last day,  a last memory. This might be  the last voice.   Depression, have you heard of this word? Have you felt it, are you being eaten alive? Do you know its a disease? No heroism cover the dark ally of heart. Even su

One Great High: Peaking the Peak Moment

Image
We all at some instance, think of the peak moment of life. The great high. The archaic explosion of the primordial understanding. We all want that, we want to smell it, taste it, touch it, and if possible kiss it. But lets walk few steps more in this psychedelic dimension. Lets think of peaking the peak. Or peak the peaking moment.  Thomas Aquinas, the 13th century philosopher somewhere says, All the efforts of the human mind cannot exhaust the essence of a single fly. The peak moment must be worth a lifetime. Or if I may say so, worth the universe. Because basically we are the illumination of the universe. Leary says that you have to stop being dead and start living. I think of the peak moment as the birth of the living'ness in the human. Not the end, but the means to become something more. The problem is that once we draw the distinction of reality based on the programmed perception, we cannot actually become the reality in itself. Now this is where we must grab th

Moon in a Dewdrop

Image
Dogen Zenji, the founder of Soto Zen School in Japan has written some of the most profound texts on zen . Some of his essay are collected in the book called the 'Moon in a Dewdrop'. The title itself is enough to observe a sense of peace and calmness.  The following are the lines from the book which I found are profoundly beautiful, and helpful to seekers and wanderers. Priest Daokai of Mt. Furong said to the assembly, "The green mountains are always walking; a stone woman gives birth to a child at night." Mountains do not lack the qualities of mountains. Therefore they always abide in ease and always walk. You should examine in detail this quality of the mountains' walking. Mountains' walking is just like human walking. Accordingly, do not doubt mountains' walking even though it does not look the same as human walking. The Buddha ancestors' words point to walking. This is fundamental understanding. You should penetrate these words.

A Fundamental Isolation !

Image
Let me talk about my archaic revival, orthodox teachings of the universal survivals.  See I speak of the hazards of being pulled by absurdities of the so called deities. I speak for the illumination of psychedelics. You might call me a character out of Jodorowsky's movies.  But I am not. I am more of the abstraction that  Aleister Crowley holds.  May be a techno priest, may be a madman. Or may be nothing.  Nothing.  May be the notes played in Vivaldi's four seasons.  Or the abnormalities in Edgar Allen Poe's raven.  There are unseen forces that influences the way we perceives things, even perception is a game played through the sensory receptors,  receiving billions of electro vibration each moment.  This might be a quantum coherence or  quantum superposition that Carl Jung talks about. Or the notion that DNA's are the  material carriers of the consciousness,  May be each strand of DNA is a universe in itself  an ex

The Poet and the Stoned Ape !

Image
Beneath the breath of the poet lies the stoned ape,  whose ideas are mostly forbidden or misunderstood.  He has no substantial origins,  his past is just a canvas painted in black and white.  Every gap in the memory of the poet is a hollow streams of dreams.  His eyes are painters, painting realities in his twisted mind,  incompetently putting words together like legos. He makes flesh,  objects, dreams and even textures. He finds everything except the gods who created the wretched consciousness game.  The mimes and storyteller are nothing but lairs. The best liars out there in wild.  The stoned ape warns him not to trust the cooks of dreams. The food is poisoned.  And once you take it, you become pale and awkward to reality.  You become normal again. The ape loves the air that passes him early in the morning.  Yet, he draws the curtains to find grounds to gobble up the sun.  Brightness is beloved only by the eyes. The thrill is of the dark,

Hidden within the Hidden'ness

Image
Somethings are hidden  in the very core of all hidden'ness.  The mind within the brain, love within the lovers, or lovers within the love. The gods within  the immortality of space.  A portion of everything within nothing'ness.  The theos within the logos,  and the logos within the theos.    A beautiful hide and seek.  Do you see friend how beautifully  things are synced ? A grand imitation games fueled with effigies, fetishes and poppets. A sympathetic  magic that revolves around the contagion.  Constant flux of co-instantiates. Coincidentia oppositorum.  Diogenes once said,  'All things come into being by  conflict of opposites, and  the sum of things flows like a stream'. And we are flowing through  the stream of alchemy and theurgy !!

Uncertainly Certain !!

Image
Uncertainty, lets break this word. Un, refers to "not" and certainty refers to 'certain' certain comes from 'certanus' sounds like anus, which again comes from 'certus' revolving around a circus certus, is a past participle of 'cernere' which means 'to decide or distinguish', and that's so funny but in more so ever literal sense; it means 'to shift or seperate'. So, deep deeper deeply- uncertainty is not to shift, or separate. Things are uncertain. Surely they are. Not because they are indeterminate. But because time is not a separate shift but an imaginative play. An exclusive illusion. Things hence are only certain. Since things are in shift, and separating. Where beauty is the conundrum of connectivity. Something so vague, yet amusing. Even crisis has the same root cernere. A shift, which might work against the flip-flopability. Hence, uncertainty is a riddl

Operation Mindfuck, Dadaism and Zen

Image
Operation Mindfuck (OM), is a concept developed by Robert Anton Wilson in 1968. Which seems to me is a very rational term. Since every one in the social life structure is normalized. Everyone needs a dose of mindfuck to come out of the matrix.  Operation Mindfuck, is a holistic movement of activism, art, performance art, guerrilla art, cultural jamming, reality hacking, chaos magic, words of power, civil disobedience, graffiti and any activity that breaks the normal and manipulated paradigm.  Everyone lives in a concrete reality tunnel. Which is so shaped that one is blinded by his own ignorance. The operation mindfuck is the process of increasing the parameters. And walking beyond that tunneled vision. So, we can also see Operation Mindfuck as a discordian new age religion. And knowingly or unknowingly we all are part of this. May be in different names. Everyone wants freedom in the core of their being.   Discordianism, is the philosophy or the religion attributed to

The Concept of Equanimity !

Image
Equanimity comes from a Latin word æquanimitas, which means to have an even mind. But the concept goes much deeper. Much of all ancient philosophies and religions talk about equanimity. Aequss meaning even, and Animus meaning mind/soul.   Marcus Aurelius, one of the stoic philosopher and an emperor in his book Meditations stated that: When force of circumstance upsets your equanimity, lose no time in recovering your self-control, and do not remain out of tune longer than you can help. Habitual recurrence to the harmony will increase your mastery of it. In the context of Sanatan Dharma (Hinduism) Equanimity is used to describe the Brahman Nature. In more detailed understanding since the Brhaman cannot ever be explained. We can just rejoice its being. Hence Equanimity means the unattached and undisturbed being'ness. Which is what we all are primarily as. Not the state of mind which we exist upon but the pure sense of nature. The real nature. So, equanimity can

The Four Pillars of Freedom

Image
Freedom, explains Rishi Vasistha to Rama, has four pillars. Each pillar as important as the next one. The pillars are: Shanti (the Quietness of Mind)  Bichara (the Spirit of Inquiry)   Santosha (Contentment)  Satsang (Good Company) Shanti (the Quietness of Mind) means the mind is not longing for anything nor is rejecting anything. But is in utter acceptance to life. The mind is quite. Its peaceful, tranquil and importantly free. Free from the self created illusions. Shanti, according to Vasistha also means self control. But not in a dictatorial way. Self control as the process of self actualization.  Vasistha further explains, "He who wears the Armour of self control, is not harmed by sorrow."  The self controlled can also be compared to the 'middle way' of Buddha. Where one finds perfect harmony in the conundrums of life.  Bichara (the Spirit of Inquiry) means the purified intelligence. Vasistha explains that the inquiry

Know Not What You Know Not

Image
Manly Palmer Hall in his lecture 'Computer and Confucius' explains that compounded ignorance is more dangerous than what is being ignored.  "Know not, what you know not." So, what does it mean to know not, what you know not ?  Hall explains that its the tendency of humans to remain unaware. And choose to be so. People he says are afraid of acknowledging this fact, and adjusting like wise.  The 21st century is largely about globalization, and in a way manufacturing for the global market. Companies like Nestle are trying to even gain power over water resources. The CEO of Nestle was quoted saying that the people must be made to pay for water. May be what Mark Twain once said can be related to the success of such multinational company.  "To Succeed in life, you need two things: ignorance and confidence." The humanity has in itself lost the sense of humanity. And we are surrounded by consumerism and branding. It seems as if the curre

Your Lost Voice (A letter)

Image
Dear Humans, I retire from your civilization. I am not sure what makes of me now. But at-least I am free from your egocentricity and ignorance. You are so full of yourself that its absolutely impossible for me to just be. Gravity cannot adjust, it just is. Because everywhere I go, people need meanings. I have none. I am meaningless. But that does not mean my own existence is meaningless. I try to live, not make a living out of compulsion. I am an animal. Free, and wild. And I tried to tell you that. Don't push me to be civilized, I love being natural. Just like tree's and fireflies. But you could not understand. So, for your ease I was called a 'Mad Man'. And I am mad, if being mad means being free, being natural, being responsible to the mysteries of life. I am mad. I am the cause and the reaction of the universe. I am the portal through which the whole system is working. A pulley hanged in the infinitude of nothingness. And I would like to be left like tha

Punch in the Face

Image
Apparently, all things that combines to art is abstract. Sometime so vague that you just want to jump down the rabbit hole. And live in a mysterious island of thoughts. By thoughts I include the beauty of emptiness. But every time you try to do that. You have a face off with reality.  Its not that, its difficult to embrace the beauty of life. Its everywhere. But its so huge and so vast, that you suffer an existential crisis even to accept life. Think of the gigantic universe. And our identity being nothing more than a mere spec of dust. Which might sound pessimistic but its not.  Life is a punch in the face.  I have problem with possibly every scenario presented to me by the outgoing society. A job which is a crappy thing. A moral disguise, which is the biggest pretendence game that's going on. And importantly the need to have a secure future. Which is almost as vague as to say that mind is the cocktail of chemicals. I loathe every scenario that's present
