Einstein, Szilard letter and E=MC^2 !
It was Saturday night, late 1939,
Einstein, was sitting in his swing chair,
thinking, if he should sign the breaking line,
of what now we call the Szilard letter,
the shock notice sent to Roosevelt,
that changed the history of human kind,
when the letter reached white house in 1939,
when the atomic bomb of insomniac was made,
that blew up two cities in dusty radiation haze,
and that was just a trail test of the messed up head,
it haunted every single day of Einsteins life,
that he was responsible for the doom of dawn,
I wonder at times, what if, Hitler had that bomb,
where would the world be today in long run,
Einstein must have thought about it too,
In 1905, when Einstein was explaining relativity,
more in-terms of special theory of relativity, E=MC^2
he said, yet its possible but impossible for atom bombs,
to come to life, as we can never bring that energy to life,
But after years of trying to take up alpha particles,
and directly drop it down to its own nucleus,
it all failed, and one day the scientist in England,
found a way, what if we use neutron to multiply itself,
the implication of good was insanely very high,
yet, humans are least developed in heart,
so people died, lots of people died that year,
it reminds me again of choice that we make in life,
and its significant that Einstein in his last of days,
felt empty with all the development he had made,
and wanted to be a monk and search for the self !
